Registration
What does registration cover?
The conference registration fee includes entry to all primary program elements, including:
- Keynote talks
- Paper sessions
- Workshop
- Pecha Kucha sessions
- Panels
- Artifact sessions
The registration fee also includes:
- Breakfast, snacks, lunch and cocktail hour refreshments
- A printed copy of the conference proceedings
- There will be minimal additional charges to attend selected the EPIC Dinner ($40) and certain "local pursuits", our extracurricular cultural immersions.
What if I need to cancel?
After registering, if you need to cancel, you will be refunded your registration fee minus $50 until September 15th. After September 15th we will be unable to honor requests for refunds. Registrations are transferable, however, so consider giving someone else the gift of EPIC.

The Deadline for online registration will be Monday, October 8.

Stay and see Savannah
Our block of rooms at the conference hotel AVIA / Andaz Savannah has been fully booked, so we now recommend the Inn at Ellis Square. It stands a mere 270 feet away in a great, historic location on one of Savannah's famous squares. There is no negotiated conference rate, but it's an excellent value.
